Evil Energy Best Selling

This direct‑fit thermostat housing assembly replaces the factory original plastic unit for Dodge Durango, Jeep Grand Cherokee and Jeep Wrangler equipped with 3.6L Pentastar V6 engine.

Original plastic housings are prone to aging and cracking under repeated hot‑cold cycling, which triggers coolant leaks, unstable temperature readings and potential engine overheating risk. Pre‑assembled with built‑in thermostat and sealing gasket, this unit matches original mounting hole positions and hose port layout for simple bolt‑on replacement without modification. It precisely manages coolant circulation to keep engine operating within factory‑specified temperature range, lowering mechanical wear and carbon accumulation.

Please double‑check your OE part number, vehicle year and engine configuration before ordering to guarantee correct fitment

• Parameter: Working temperature range: -76℉ to 446℉ (-60℃ to 230℃). Maximum working pressure: 1,500 PSI. Bursting pressure: 4,500 PSI.
• Applicable Medium: EVIL fuel line kits are suitable for all automotive fuels, lubricants, and coolants.
• Suitable for Wide Usage: The PTFE nylon braided fuel line is ideal for use in various high-temperature and high-pressure applications.
• Notice: The PTFE hose is relatively hard and can't be bent or folded in half. Professional installation is highly recommended.

PTFE nylon braided fuel line kit offers superior durability for high-pressure and high-temperature applications, making it perfect for EFI systems, turbo setups, and all automotive fuels.

• Parameter: Maximum working pressure:1500 PSI.Working temperature range:-65°F to 251°F
• Material: The NPT Male to M10x1.0 Female fitting is made of 6061-T7 aluminum alloy
• Installation Method: Prior to assembly, NPT threads require the application of sealant or PTFE tape. We recommend that customers use an adjustable wrench
• Application: Suitable for the modification of oil pressure, water pressure, fuel pressure, and temperature gauges in a wide range of general-purpose vehicles. Ideal for the conveyance of fuels, oils, coolants, air, diesel, methanol, ethanol, E86, mineral oils, drawing oils, hydraulic fluids, and high-temperature synthetic oils

Your car is metric. Everything you want to bolt to it is not.

Hydraulic handbrake cylinders, adjustable proportioning valves, braided AN lines — the performance brake market in the US runs on AN threads, while your factory ports are M10x1.0 or M10x1.25. This adapter is the joint between the two.

37-degree AN cone on one end, metric inverted flare seat on the other. Stainless steel. Confirm your flare type before ordering, because M10 threads come in more than one seat.

Why it is needed: Aftermarket performance brake hardware in the US uses AN threads, while Japanese and European vehicles use metric brake ports. The two cannot be joined directly.

Critical check before ordering: M10 threads exist with bubble flare, SAE-style 45-degree double flare, and JIS 37-degree double flare seats. The thread matching does not confirm the flare matches.

Sealing: Metal to metal on both ends. No thread sealant or PTFE tape on either side.

Quantity: Available in 1 and 2 piece packs.
