Will this LS swap fuel kit connect to my factory LS fuel rails, or do I need extra adapters?

It connects directly. Factory Gen III and Gen IV LS rails use M12 x 1.5 and M18 x 1.5 ports, and both adapter fittings are included in the CPE/PTFE LS Swap Fuel Kit along with 6AN straight and 90 degree hose ends, a 6AN union and a Y block splitter. Two things to confirm before you order:
