Aluminum Fuel Line Kits

Replace aging hard line or build a cleaner custom fuel path with Evil Energy aluminum fuel line kits. Each option centers on 25FT of ASTM B210 compliant 1060 grade aluminum fuel line, offered in 3/8 inch or 5/16 inch outside diameter. The tubing is rated for 700 PSI working pressure, 2000 PSI burst pressure and temperatures from −58°F to 392°F. Choose the tubing and tool kit, add dual stage filtration, or pair the line with an adjustable return style regulator for an EFI fuel system.

Choose the Right Aluminum Fuel Line Kit for Your Build

For a straightforward fuel line replacement or custom feed and return run, start with the 25FT 1060 aluminum hard line kit, which includes tubing, a cutter, bender, deburring tool, clamps and size matched 6AN compression fittings. Choose the aluminum fuel line and dual stage filter kit when you also need 100 micron coarse filtration and 10 micron fine filtration. For a return style EFI layout, consider the aluminum fuel line and adjustable EFI regulator kit. Match the 3/8 inch or 5/16 inch outside diameter to your pump, filter, regulator, rail adapters and planned fuel demand; line size alone does not establish vehicle fitment.

Plan a Safer, More Reliable Fuel Line Installation

Before ordering, measure the complete route and confirm every connection type and fuel compatible component. Keep aluminum fuel lines away from exhaust heat, moving parts and abrasion. Use the included bender to prevent kinks, deburr every square cut, secure the line against vibration and follow the supplied compression fitting instructions. Pressure test the assembled system and inspect every joint after initial operation. If your route needs more flexibility, compare PTFE fuel line kits and complete the layout with compatible AN fittings. For diesel, E85 or another fuel, confirm compatibility for the entire selected combination because the lowest rated component determines the system limit.

FAQs about Aluminum Fuel Line Kits

How do I choose the right fuel line material for my vehicle?

Choose by fuel type, system pressure, routing, vibration and service environment. Evil Energy 1060 grade aluminum fuel line is suited to rigid custom chassis runs where low weight, long continuous routing and easy shaping are priorities. Use PTFE fuel line where the route needs flexible sections, including transitions between the chassis and components that can move. Retaining an OEM style line may be preferable when exact factory routing and quick disconnects are the main requirement.

For an EFI fuel system, do not use general purpose rubber hose or unrated tubing. The line, flexible connectors, clamps, filters and fittings must all be compatible with the fuel and operating pressure.

The 1060 grade aluminum fuel lines in this collection are listed at 700 PSI working pressure, 2000 PSI burst pressure and −58°F to 392°F. These values apply to the tubing itself. The safe operating limit of an installed fuel system is determined by its lowest rated fitting, hose, filter, regulator or other component.

A high temperature rating does not mean the line should be routed beside headers or exhaust components. Preserve clearance from direct heat and protect the tubing from abrasion and moving parts.

A properly rated aluminum fuel line can be used safely when it is routed, supported and tested correctly. Safety depends on the complete installation rather than the material name alone.

  • Make clean, square cuts and remove all burrs.
  • Use a tubing bender to avoid kinks and flattened sections.
  • Secure the hard line to control vibration and flex.
  • Keep it away from heat, sharp edges and moving parts.
  • Use the supplied size matched compression fittings as instructed.
  • Pressure test the assembled system and inspect every connection before regular operation.

In wet or road salt environments, inspect the tubing and mounting points periodically and prevent unnecessary direct contact with dissimilar bare metals.

The Evil Energy 3/8 inch aluminum fuel line has a listed 0.32 inch inner diameter. The 5/16 inch aluminum fuel line has a listed 0.26 inch inner diameter. The 3/8 inch option provides the larger internal passage, but size should not be chosen from engine displacement or vehicle type alone.

Match the tubing outside diameter and fitting size to the fuel pump outlet, filter, regulator, fuel rail adapters, return path and required fuel flow. Also measure the planned route before ordering. No universal horsepower limit should be assigned without considering fuel type, pressure, pump flow and the rest of the system.

Choose according to how much of the fuel line replacement project you want to complete in one purchase.

Choose the tubing and tool kit when you need 25FT of aluminum hard line, cutting and bending tools, clamps and matching 6AN compression fittings.

Choose the filter combination when you also need a reusable 100 micron coarse filter and 10 micron fine filter.

Choose the adjustable regulator combination when building a return style EFI fuel system that requires a regulator and pressure gauge.

Before ordering, compare the selected kit with your pump, tank outlet, fuel rail connection, flexible transition sections and return line plan.
