Refund policy

1. Cancellation Policy:

You may cancel your order within 48 hours of placing it. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to process back to your original payment method.

2. Returns Policy:

We hope you love your purchase! However, if you are not completely satisfied, returning your item is simple. To initiate a return, please fill out the Return Refund Form below or email support@ievilenergy.com for our return address. After your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within a few business days.

- Return Packaging Requirements:

Packaging for returned items needs to be in undamaged condition.

Items damaged due to incomplete packaging cannot be refunded.

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items cannot be refunded.

If an item was marked as a gift upon purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the return value. For non-gift purchases, refunds will be issued to the original purchaser.

- Late or Missing Refunds:

If you haven’t received your refund yet, please check your bank account and contact your credit card company as processing times may vary. If you still have not received it after these steps, please reach out to us at support@ievilenergy.com.

  • Return shipping costs will be covered by Evil Energy.
  • Allow 2-3 weeks for processing after inspection.

2) Wrong Item Ordered:

  • Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Email us within 30 days of purchase.
  • Return items must be unused and in original packaging.

3) Change of Mind:

  • Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

4) Shipping Damage:

  • Inspect packages upon arrival. Do not sign for damaged items.
  • File a claim with the delivery service and provide us with the case number for assistance.

5) Incorrect Item Shipped:

  • Return items must be in original condition.
  • Email us within 7 days of receipt for assistance.

- Shipping Costs:

Customers may need to cover return shipping, but there are no processing fees for refunds.

- Return Process:

To return your product, email us at support@ievilenergy.com within 30 days of purchase. We will provide the return address. After we receive and inspect the returned item, you will receive your refund (minus shipping fees) within 3-5 days. For items over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

3. Price Protection Policy:

Starting August 25, 2024, we will implement a 7-day Price Protection Policy. If you notice a price drop within 7 days of your purchase, please email us at support@ievilenergy.com with your order number and a screenshot of the lower price. Our customer service team will review your request within 3 business days.
