EVIL ENERGY VW Jetta Cold Air Intake Kit: Enhance Your Drive

• Performance Upgrade: 7-10% more horsepower, 6-8% more torque.
• Cool Air Flow: Outside filter placement for denser, cooler air.
• Sporty Sound: Deep, aggressive exhaust note.
• Easy Install: No additional parts needed, all accessories included.
• Washable Filter: High-quality, reusable for sustained performance.

In conclusion, the EVIL ENERGY Cold Air Intake Kit is an excellent performance enhancer for your 1999-2004 VW Golf Jetta 2.8 VR6 Diesel, offering an easy-to-install solution for improved throttle response and a sporty driving experience.

If you drive a 2003‑2009 Dodge Ram 2500/3500 with the 5.9L Cummins turbo‑diesel, your factory transmission cooler is prone to failure. Its plastic end‑tank cracks over time from repeated heat cycles, which can cause coolant to leak into transmission fluid and lead to costly transmission damage.

Our EVIL ENERGY transmission torque converter oil cooler is a direct bolt‑on replacement. Constructed with durable aluminum and brass components rather than plastic, it stands up to high heat, pressure and engine vibration for long‑term reliability, whether you tow heavy loads or drive daily.

Three-Layer Construction: Our fuel lines are constructed with a triple-layer material for unparalleled performance and protection. The innermost layer is made of PTFE for maximum chemical resistance, a braided stainless steel layer for strength and durability, and an outer nylon layer for added abrasion resistance and protection.

Multiple Sizes: We offer our fuel lines in 4AN, 6AN, 8AN, and 10AN sizes, catering to the diverse needs of various fuel delivery systems.

Fitting Types: Our kit includes a variety of fittings at 0°, 90°, 45°, and 180° angles, ensuring versatility and flexibility during installation, allowing for custom routing in tight or complex spaces.

Precision Fit and Leak-Free Performance: The combination of the PTFE inner layer and the high-quality aluminum hose ends ensures a precision fit and leak-free connection, even under extreme pressure, providing a safe and reliable fuel system.

• Dual Size AN6 + AN10 Black PTFE Hose Kit: Features 2x AN6 black braided PTFE hoses for high-pressure lines and 1x AN10 black braided PTFE hose for low-pressure return. All hoses feature a PTFE inner tube with stainless steel braided reinforcement and a nylon outer cover. Sleek all-black PTFE fittings for a uniform professional look.
• High-Pressure 1250PSI + 3750PSI Burst Performance: AN10 PTFE hose delivers 1250PSI working pressure and 3750PSI burst with temperature range of -60 degrees C to 230 degrees C. AN6 PTFE hose rated at 750PSI working and 2250PSI burst. Designed for reliable fluid transmission from pump to gearbox or rack and pinion.
• Complete All-in-One Kit with 6 Adapter Sizes: Includes 2x AN6 PTFE hoses 3FT, 1x AN10 PTFE hose 3FT, 1x 0 degree and 3x 90 degree AN6 PTFE fittings, 1x 0 degree and 1x 90 degree AN10 PTFE fittings, 7 AN6 adapters in 6 sizes (5/8, 11/16, 1/2, M14, M16, M18), plus manual and sticker. Complete for a full power steering system installation.
• Universal Fitment for GM Boxes and Ford Racks: Designed to cover most popular GM steering boxes and Ford-type steering racks. 6 adapter sizes cover both SAE (5/8, 11/16, 1/2) and metric (M14, M16, M18) threads. AN6 for pressure lines and AN10 for return lines.
• Multi-Fluid Compatible: Safe for use with power steering fluid, ATF, engine oil, racing fuel, vacuum systems, hydraulic oil, and diesel. NOTE: Not recommended for E85.

• Precise Sealing Angles: Designed with standard AN 37° flare, this fitting ensures tight and consistent sealing. Proper sealing angles help prevent leaks and maintain stable system performance under pressure.
• High-Strength Aluminum: Machined from high-strength 6061-T6 aluminum alloy, this 10AN to 10AN fitting supports working pressures up to 1500 PSI and operates reliably from -65°F to 252°F (-53°C to 122°C). It offers excellent corrosion resistance with a durable black anodized finish.
• Easy Installation: Installing this fitting is quick and straightforward. It's recommended to use EVIL ENERGY, an adjustable wrench.
• Wide Applications: This male-to-male flare coupler is widely used in fuel systems, such as extending fuel hoses, connecting lines to fuel pumps, and cooler systems.

• Application: SBC intake manifold for compatible 1957-86 Small Block Chevy 262-400 cid EFI performance builds.
• Design: Single plane EFI intake manifold with a large shared plenum and short runner layout.
• RPM Range: 3500-8000+ RPM.
• Fuel System: EFI intake manifold with fuel rails included.
• Material: Cast aluminum.
• Fitment Note: Also supports SBC engines with 1987-91 L98 aluminum Corvette cylinder heads for non-EGR applications.
