Cooling System

Core Dual-Protection Performance

• Oil catch can (1L/2L/3L): Traps oil vapor/moisture via particle separation + breather filter, preventing carbon buildup on intake parts.
• Oil cooler (10/16/19ROW): Stacked-plate aluminum core lowers oil temp (engine/transmission/differential) to avoid thermal breakdown.
• Synergistic protection: One kit solves two key engine issues, extending powertrain lifespan and maintaining performance.

Durable Premium Construction

• Catch can: T-6061 aluminum, TIG welding, black anodization—heat/pressure/corrosion-resistant for high-demand use.
• Oil cooler: Aluminum alloy core + nylon-braided CPE hoses (500PSI, -40℉~257℉)—leak-free, wear-resistant, durable.
• Stable mounting: Catch can's dual-hole bracket ensures secure fit in aggressive driving; cooler's flexible hoses adapt to engine bays.

Universal & User-Friendly Design

• Universal fit: Works with most cars/trucks/performance vehicles; multiple capacity/row options for customized needs.
• Easy maintenance: Catch can's bottom drain valve enables no-disassembly draining; both components need minimal upkeep.
• DIY installation: Complete fittings/instructions included; no professional tools required for most setups.

Value & Application

• Cost-effective: Combines two essential upgrades at better value than separate purchases; no extra part sourcing.
• Ideal for: Daily drivers, performance builds, racing vehicles, off-road setups, and hot-climate/heavy-towing use.
• Key advantage: Balances versatility, durability, and convenience—protects engines from carbon buildup and overheating.

If you drive a 2003‑2009 Dodge Ram 2500/3500 with the 5.9L Cummins turbo‑diesel, your factory transmission cooler is prone to failure. Its plastic end‑tank cracks over time from repeated heat cycles, which can cause coolant to leak into transmission fluid and lead to costly transmission damage.

Our EVIL ENERGY transmission torque converter oil cooler is a direct bolt‑on replacement. Constructed with durable aluminum and brass components rather than plastic, it stands up to high heat, pressure and engine vibration for long‑term reliability, whether you tow heavy loads or drive daily.
