• Universal LS Swap & EFI Compatibility: This 6AN fuel line kit is purpose-built for LS engine swaps, aftermarket EFI conversions, and turbocharged fuel systems. It works with carbureted, EFI, return-style, and dead-head fuel setups. Before ordering, confirm your fuel rails and pump use 6AN fittings and that you are comfortable working with PTFE hose — this is not a direct OEM replacement line and requires assembly.
• E85-Proof PTFE Inner Core: Unlike rubber fuel hose that swells and degrades with ethanol-blended fuels, the PTFE (Teflon) inner liner is chemically inert. It handles E85, methanol, pump gas, diesel, oil, and coolant without breaking down — no fuel smell in the cabin, no black debris in your injectors, and no hose replacement every season.
• 1500 PSI Headroom You Will Never Outgrow: Rated for 1500 PSI working pressure with a 4500 PSI burst rating, this hose exceeds anything a street or strip fuel pump can output. Whether you are running a stock LS pump at 58 PSI or a 1000+ HP aftermarket system at 80+ PSI, this line stays sealed. Temperature tolerance spans -76°F to 446°F, covering cold starts to under-hood heat soak.
• Complete AN Fitting Set — No Extra Trips to the Parts Store: Every fitting you need is in the box: (6) straight 6AN hose ends, (2) 45° hose ends, (3) 6AN-to-3/8" quick-disconnect adapters for GM fuel rails, (1) 6AN-to-5/16" QD for return lines, and (2) 6AN-to-3/8" NPT adapters for pumps and filters. Includes an installation tool to seat the ferrule properly.
• 3-Layer Braided Durability: The hose is built in three layers — a smooth-bore PTFE inner core for unrestricted flow, a stainless steel braided mid-layer for pressure containment and kink resistance, and a nylon outer jacket that protects against abrasion, UV, and under-car debris. Available in all-black or black-red finish to match your engine bay.
