Broad Compatibility & Versatile Application
The regulator is compatible with gasoline, E85, and alcohol/ethanol fuels (NOT compatible with diesel). It fits most vehicle EFI systems, making it ideal for street cars, high-performance builds, racing vehicles, and custom setups. Note: The included AN6 CPE nylon braided fuel line is NOT compatible with E85.

Pre-Installation Checklist
- Relieve fuel system pressure, turn the ignition OFF, and disconnect the negative battery cable.
- Verify the regulator, selected AN6/AN8/AN10 to AN10 ORB fittings, AN6 to AN6 ORB return fitting, port plug, gauge, Allen key, sealant tape, and replacement spring are present.
- Select a mounting position away from exhaust manifolds and other high-temperature surfaces.
- Identify the 1/8-inch NPT gauge port, 5/32-inch vacuum/boost reference port, ORB-10 inlet/outlet ports, and ORB-06 return port.
Installation Steps
- Remove the old regulator after disconnecting its vacuum line, fuel lines, and mounting hardware.
- Secure the new regulator with the supplied bracket in a cool accessible location.
- Install the fuel pressure gauge in the 1/8-inch NPT port using appropriate thread sealant.
- Install the required ORB fittings and O-rings; plug only an unused side fuel port, not the vacuum/boost reference port.
- Connect the fuel rail outlet to a regulator side port and connect the ORB-06 return port to the fuel cell return line.
- Connect the vacuum/boost reference hose if applicable; otherwise leave the reference port open to atmosphere.
- Prime the system, inspect for leaks, start the engine, and adjust pressure clockwise to increase or counterclockwise to decrease while monitoring the gauge.
- Tighten the adjustment jam nut to lock the setting.
Post-Installation Verification
- Confirm the regulator and all fittings are secure and away from heat.
- Verify the gauge is connected and the vacuum/boost reference port is configured correctly.
- Inspect all regulator connections for leaks before and after starting the engine.
- Recheck pressure and leaks after the road test and after 50-100 km.
Troubleshooting
- Low or high pressure: verify pressure with the gauge and adjust the regulator to the required specification.
- High pressure: inspect the return line for kinks, restrictions, or incorrect routing.
- Fluctuating pressure: inspect for air leaks and verify the vacuum/boost reference connection.
- A slight air leak at the adjustment screw during vacuum/air testing or loss of residual pressure after pump shutdown may be normal.
Maintenance
- Inspect regulator mounting, gauge, reference hose, fuel lines, and fittings periodically.
- Recheck pressure and all connections after the initial road test and repair any leak before operation.
