EVIL ENERGY swivel hose end fitting kit is designed for CPE braided hose routing in custom fuel, transmission, cooling, and engine bay plumbing projects. The kit combines commonly used AN fitting angles so builders can route lines around tight spaces, reduce unnecessary hose bends, and keep the installation layout clean.

Why Choose a Swivel AN Hose End Fitting Kit

The 360° swivel connector design helps with fitting orientation during assembly. Straight, 45°, 90°, and selected 180° options support different routing directions in compact engine bays, fuel system upgrades, transmission cooler lines, fuel filter connections, and custom line setups. The included hose separator clamps in Package B help secure and separate lines for a cleaner finished layout.

6061-T6 Aluminum Fittings with Black Anodized Finish

Each fitting is made from 6061-T6 aluminum alloy with a black anodized surface. This provides a lightweight fitting body with corrosion resistance for common automotive fluid line environments. The fittings are rated for a maximum working pressure of 1500 PSI and a working temperature range of -65°F to 252°F (-53°C to 122°C).

CPE Braided Hose Compatibility Notes

This product is intended for the CPE braided hose in the matching AN size. Select 6AN, 8AN, or 10AN according to the hose size and thread requirement of your project. Do not mix AN sizes unless the rest of the system is designed for adapters. This page does not confirm compatibility with PTFE hose, rubber hose, or any specific vehicle model.

Not Ideal For

This kit is not ideal if you need vehicle-specific direct-fit lines, certified replacement parts, or PTFE-only hose ends. It is also not ideal if your project requires a thread standard, hose type, pressure rating, or temperature range outside the listed specifications.

How to Choose

Choose 6AN for systems built around 6AN hose and 9/16-18 UNF threads. Choose 8AN for 8AN hose and 3/4-16 UNF threads. Choose 10AN for 10AN hose and 7/8-14 UNF threads. Choose Package A when you only need the most common straight, 45°, and 90° routing angles. Choose Package B when your layout needs additional straight fittings, 180° routing, and hose separator clamps.

Installation Notes Before Assembly

Before assembly, verify hose size, fitting angle, routing clearance, and thread compatibility. Cut the hose cleanly, keep the braided end controlled during assembly, and inspect the fitting seat before tightening. After installation, pressure-check the system and inspect for leaks before driving.
