DESCRIPTION

Connect an AN male flare component to a compatible female ORB port while selecting the size pair and angle needed for the installation. Straight and 90-degree options support fuel rails, filters, regulators, oil systems, and coolant layouts.

Match the AN Flare Connection

The swivel side is an AN female 37-degree flare. Confirm the mating component is the listed AN size and inspect the flare faces before assembly.

Match the ORB Port and O-Ring

The opposite end is an ORB male connection that seals with an O-ring. Match the ORB size to the female port, keep the O-ring clean, and do not treat the straight thread as the sealing surface.

Select Straight or 90-Degree Routing

Choose the angle available for the selected size combination and leave clearance for tools, nearby fittings, and line movement. After assembly, support the line and pressure-test both sealing interfaces.
