Why Upgrade to EVIL ENERGY Carburetors?

1. Aging or Malfunctioning Factory Carburetor

  • Common Issues: Sticking floats, clogged jets, erratic fuel delivery after long-term use.
  • Impacts: Poor engine starting, unstable idle, and sluggish acceleration.
  • Component Failure: Degraded rubber seals (e.g., gaskets) cause fuel leaks or air intrusion.
→ Solution: EVIL ENERGY carburetors use aircraft-grade seals and CNC-machined components for 10+ years of leak-free operation.

2. Boost Power; Throttle Response

  • Factory Limitation: OEM carburetors prioritize fuel economy, restricting air/fuel flow.
  • EVIL ENERGY Advantage: High-flow designs increase mixture volume, delivering up to 20% more horsepower and razor-sharp acceleration.

3. Match Upgraded Engine Mods

  • Mod Compatibility: Essential after installing:
    ✓ High-flow intakes
    ✓ Aggressive camshafts
    ✓ Performance exhaust systems
    ✓ Overbored cylinders
  • EVIL ENERGY Fix: Larger CFM (Cubic Feet per Minute) carburetors unlock the full potential of your mods.

4. Tuner-Friendly DIY-Optimized

  • Simplicity vs. EFI: Mechanical adjustments (idle screws, main jets, float height) require no laptops or sensors.
  • EVIL ENERGY Edge:
✓ Easily optimize fuel delivery for specific RPM ranges
✓ Ideal for classic cars, track builds, or hands-on enthusiasts
    ✓ 15-minute re-jetting vs. hours of EFI reprogramming>

Carburetor issues

I installed this carburetor approximately four weeks ago. I cannot keep it in adjustment. It always leaves me stranded now. I have to get out and mess with the choke to get it to start. I’m actually getting ready to see about sending this back and maybe getting another one I think this is a faulty carburetor. Because prior to me buying this carburetor, I researched and they said this was a good one and I’ve had nothing but nightmares out of it. I can’t even depend on my vehicle at any time now. So I really can’t give you a good review yet. This carburetor is an absolute piece of junk. I hope it’s just this particular carburetor and not the evil brand.
