Ordering

Can I cancel my order?

We completely understand and we do change our minds!

If the order has not shipped yet, please contact our customer service email support@ievilenergy.com to cancel the order.

If the order has already shipped, then you have the option to return it for a refund once the item has been received! We will provide you with a return shipping label and there will be no service charge in addition to the normal shipping cost!

What are your payment options?

We accept payments of PayPal, Apple Pal, credit/debit cards including American Express, MasterCard, and Visa. Visit our Payment page for more information.

How do I know that my order has been successfully submitted?

You will receive an email confirmation containing the Order Number and details of your purchase immediately after checkout. If you're not seeing your order confirmation; check your junk or spam folder. If you still can't find it, please contact us at support@ievilenergy.com

Only received part of my order?

If you ordered multiple items and only got part of your order; chances are they shipped separately and/or from different locations. If you only got one tracking the items may have been packaged together in the same box.

For missing or wrongly shipped items, please contact us at support@ievilenergy.com. We'll reship the order once we confirm with you.

Shipping

Where do you ship to and how much?

We offer free shipping to US customers for orders over $50. For remote areas such as Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands and Guam, shipping is $60 per order.

How do I track my order?

You'll receive a shipment notification email with a tracking number as soon as your package is on its way. It is for you to track your package. You can also track your package by filling in the order number at our Order Tracking page.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Standard shipping normally takes 3-5 days. Next day shipping is available on all domestic orders (for an additional charge). International shipping times depend on the products and destination (estimated at checkout).

Returns and Refunds

Can I return my order for a refund?

Of course, all of your purchases from us are covered by a money back guarantee!

We accept returns of products that are unopened, unused and still in their packaging or still have tags attached within 30 days of your receipt.

We will only accept returned items that are in the same condition as when they were shipped. Please visit our Refund Policy page for more information.

How do I return a product?

Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt of order. Please contact the service email support@ievilenergy.com for return requests.

We will provide you with a return label after confirming that the item has not been used. We will process your refund within 7 work days of receiving the returned product.

By becoming an authorized EVIL ENERGY dealer, you will have access to the most meticulously crafted fuel/exhaust/cooling system accessories. You will receive 20%-30% discounts on all EVIL ENERGY products and customized services.
