Identify the ORB size at each side before ordering. Available combinations include equal-size adapters and reducing adapters, so confirm both ports rather than choosing from one thread measurement alone.

ORB Threads and O-Ring Sealing

Each male ORB end seals with an O-ring against a compatible female ORB port. Keep the O-ring and sealing surface clean, apply only a compatible lubricant when required by the system instructions, and do not rely on the straight threads as the sealing surface.

Orient the Adapter for Tight Installations

Plan Hose and Component Clearance

Use the swivel body to establish the required orientation during installation. Leave room for tools and future service, and avoid routing that transfers hose twist, vibration, or continuous side load into the connected ports.

Inspect and Pressure-Test

Depressurize and drain the system before work. Inspect both O-rings for cuts, flattening, or contamination, start each connection squarely, and test the completed assembly under intended operating conditions.
