Complete CPE Fuel Line Kit for Custom AN Plumbing
The EVIL ENERGY CPE fuel line kit provides the hose, multiple-angle aluminum fittings and assembly tools needed to build custom automotive fluid lines. Instead of purchasing the hose, hose ends, separator clamps and fitting tools separately, each kit combines a 20FT cut-to-length hose with straight, 45-degree, 90-degree and 180-degree hose ends.
This universal kit is designed for custom fuel-system, oil, transmission, hydraulic, coolant and vacuum plumbing in street cars, race builds, restoration projects and workshop installations.

Which CPE Fuel Line Kit Size Should You Choose?
This listing is available in 6AN, 8AN and 10AN variants. Select the AN size that matches the required hose diameter, system flow demand, and ports on the fuel pump, tank, filter, regulator, cooler or other connected component.
- 6AN: 0.31-inch inner diameter and 0.56-inch outer diameter.
- 8AN: 0.41-inch inner diameter and 0.65-inch outer diameter.
- 10AN: 0.53-inch inner diameter and 0.79-inch outer diameter.
The selected variant includes corresponding hose ends and adapters. Hose, sockets, and nipples from different AN sizes must not be mixed during assembly.

Why Is This AN Fuel Line Kit Different?
Three-Layer Reinforced CPE Hose
The inner CPE rubber tube carries the compatible fluid, while the surrounding 304 stainless steel wire reinforcement helps the hose resist expansion under pressure. A braided nylon exterior protects the reinforcement from abrasion and gives custom engine-bay installations a clean black finish.
The assembled hose supports a maximum working pressure of 750 PSI, a 2,250 PSI burst pressure and operating temperatures from -22°F to 248°F.

Four Hose-End Angles for Flexible Routing
Straight, 45-degree, 90-degree and 180-degree swivel hose ends provide more routing options around fuel tanks, pumps, filters, regulators, coolers and other tightly positioned components. The selection of fitting angles reduces the need to force the hose into sharp turns or stack multiple adapters in confined spaces.
Fitting Installation Tools Included
The adjustable aluminum wrench covers common fitting sizes from 3AN through 16AN. The magnetic nylon vise jaw pads attach to compatible steel vise jaws and provide a non-metallic clamping surface for holding aluminum fittings during assembly.
Together, these tools improve control when assembling the hose ends and help reduce scratches caused by conventional steel wrenches or unprotected vise jaws.

Where Can the CPE Fuel Hose Be Used?
- Fuel-system plumbing: Gasoline, non-alcohol race fuel and diesel supply or return lines.
- Oil and transmission plumbing: Engine oil lines and transmission cooler lines operating within the specified pressure and temperature limits.
- Hydraulic and vacuum plumbing: Custom hydraulic-fluid and vacuum applications using compatible ports and adapters.
- Coolant plumbing: Custom coolant routes operating within the hose temperature limit.
Universal-fit notice: This is a fabrication kit rather than a vehicle-specific replacement line. Cutting, routing, and hose-end assembly are required. Vehicle-side adapters must match the thread and sealing method used by each connected component.
Alcohol-fuel notice: Do not use this CPE hose for E85, methanol or other ethanol-rich racing fuels. These fuels require a PTFE fuel hose and matching PTFE-specific hose ends.
What Does the CPE Fuel Line Kit Include?
- 1 × 20FT nylon-braided CPE hose
- 4 × straight swivel hose ends
- 2 × 45-degree swivel hose ends
- 2 × 90-degree swivel hose ends
- 2 × 180-degree swivel hose ends
- 2 × male threaded adapters
- 1 × threaded plug
- 3 × dual-hose separator clamps
- 1 × 3AN–16AN adjustable fitting wrench
- 1 set × 4-inch magnetic nylon vise jaw pads
All size-dependent hose ends and adapters correspond to the selected 6AN, 8AN or 10AN kit variant.

How Should the AN Fuel Line Kit Be Installed?
- Plan the complete hose route and fitting angles before cutting the hose.
- Wrap the cutting point, make a square cut, and remove loose nylon or stainless-steel braid fragments.
- Use the magnetic nylon vise jaws to hold the fitting socket without crushing or scratching it.
- Insert the hose completely and assemble the matching-size hose end with the included AN wrench.
- Secure the finished hose away from exhaust heat, sharp edges, and moving drivetrain or suspension components.
- Prime and pressure-test the completed system, then inspect every connection for leaks before operating the vehicle.
Do not operate the vehicle with a kinked hose, damaged braid, incomplete hose-end engagement, or leaking connection. Professional installation is recommended for pressurized fuel, oil, and hydraulic systems.
