  • Optimized Valve Shape: Our modified throttle body features an optimized valve shape to reduce potential torque losses at low RPMs.
  • Actual Flow Increase: For naturally - aspirated engines, due to manifold negative pressure limitations, the actual intake air volume can be increased by approximately 15% - 20%. For example, in a Toyota 3.5L V6 engine, the measured flow increase is 18%. For turbocharged engines, under high - boost conditions (pressure > 1.5Bar), it can approach the theoretical value of 23% as the forced induction by the turbocharger weakens the negative pressure constraint.
