1. High-Performance Aluminum Overflow Tank – Optimized Cooling for Your Engine

Say goodbye to prone-to-crack plastic reservoirs. Our radiator overflow tank is constructed from T6061 lightweight aluminum, designed to withstand high engine temperatures and pressure.

As your engine heats up, coolant expands. This Aluminum Overflow Tank provides a dedicated reservoir for excess fluid, preventing leaks and air bubbles in your system. When the engine cools, the fluid is drawn back into the radiator, ensuring optimal efficiency.

• [Note] Tight closed cap, fully TIG welded, and the thread comes with an O-ring gasket. This ensures the radiator overflow tank maintains a sealed environment and prevents coolant leakage. It is highly recommended to use Teflon tape during installation to enhance airtightness and prevent interface leakage.

• [Function] When the Aluminum Overflow Tank pressure in the radiator exceeds the pressure cap setting, the radiator overflow tank is sealed through the pressure cap and flows through the overflow tube into the radiator coolant overflow tank. The bottom port is for the radiator overflow, and the top port is for the tank overflow.

• The Baffled Advantage: Unlike empty containers, this Baffled Oil Catch Can features an internal baffle system and a sintered bronze filter. This design forces oil vapors to cool and condense, trapping the sludge at the bottom while allowing clean air to return to the intake.
• Why You Need It: Essential for Turbocharged and GDI engines, this Oil Catch Can kit prevents ‘blow-by' (oil mist and fuel) from coating your intake valves, ensuring your engine breathes clean air.
• [Size] Hose length: 31.5in / 0.8m, hose ID: 3/8", hose OD: 2/3". The thread of the inlet and outlet is M16*1.5. Capacity: 300ml.

• [Breather Filter] You can install the oil catch can with a Breather Filter for pre-PCV cars as a vent system, or without the breather filter in line between PCV hoses as a sealed can. Both options are available.

• [Note] When the temperature outside reaches the freezing point or below, the crank vent system can produce a greater amount of moisture, which may present a risk of freezing. It is recommended to clean the oil catch can weekly or reinstall the original PCV hose.
