1. Warranty Overview

EVIL ENERGY stands behind the quality of its products. All EVIL ENERGY products are covered by a limited 1-year warranty from the date of delivery. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and intended installation.

2. What Is Covered

  • Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship.
  • Failures that occur during normal operation within the warranty period and under the product’s rated specifications (pressure, voltage, flow, fuel type).

If a specific product page states a different warranty period, the period shown on that product page governs for that item.

4. What Is NOT Covered (Exclusions)

This warranty does not cover defects or failures caused by:

  • Improper, incorrect, or unqualified installation.
  • Misuse, abuse, accident, collision, or negligence.
  • Modification, cutting, welding, or alteration of the product.
  • Operation beyond the product’s rated pressure, voltage, flow, or with unsupported fuel / media.
  • Racing, track, or competition use unless the product is explicitly labelled race-rated.
  • Normal wear and tear or consumable components.
  • Removal, alteration, or illegibility of the product’s serial number or label.
  • Corrosion or damage resulting from non-recommended fluids or environmental exposure.

5. How to File a Warranty Claim

To start a claim, contact us at support@ievilenergy.com and provide:

  • Your original order number.
  • Clear photos and/or video showing the defect.
  • A brief description of the installation, operating conditions, and when the issue appeared.

Our team will review the claim and may request additional evidence (for example, pressure or voltage test results) before approving a resolution.

6. Resolution Process

Once a valid claim is approved, EVIL ENERGY will, at its discretion, choose one of the following:

  • Troubleshoot and provide guidance.
  • Ship a replacement part or component.
  • Repair or refurbish the product.
  • Exchange the product.
  • Issue a refund for the defective product.

Replacement parts are covered for the remainder of the original product’s warranty period.

7. Limitation of Liability

This warranty is limited to the repair, replacement, or refund of the defective product. EVIL ENERGY is not liable for incidental or consequential damages, including—without limitation—labor, towing, downtime, or indirect losses arising from the use or failure of the product. The total liability under this warranty shall not exceed the original purchase price of the product.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you.
