What if my vehicle model is not on the product listing page?

Most of our kits are universal and fit many vehicles depending on space, fluid type, and pressure range. Vehicle-specific kits list the models directly on the product page. If your model isn't shown, please contact us for more information.

All products follow the fitment details shown on the product page, including size, fluid type, and pressure range. Please check these specs for compatibility, and contact us if you need help.

What is a VIN and where can I find it?

The VIN, Vehicle Identification Number, is a unique serial number located on your vehicle. This 17-digit number encodes information like the country of origin, the year it was built, the engine size and other types of information. All vehicles on the road today will have the VIN located on the driver's side dash, visible through the lower windshield outside the vehicle. If this tag is blocked or not visible, you can also find this number on your vehicle's registration.

Are your auto parts new?

Yes! All of our parts are brand new. They will function and fit just like your original parts did, and maybe even better!

Yes, all our auto parts are brand new and sourced directly from manufacturers or authorized distributors. We do not sell used, refurbished, or counterfeit parts. All parts come with a manufacturer's warranty and meet or exceed OEM specifications.

Why do I need to create an account?

Creating a free EVILENERGY account allows you to retrieve or change your password, facilitates the purchasing process, and lets you check your order history. You can also sign up for our free email newsletter!

How do I create an account?

To create an account, click on the "Sign Up" button in the top right corner of our website. You'll need to provide your email address and create a password. Once registered, you can track orders, save your preferences, and checkout faster.

How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping typically takes 3-10 business days within the continental US.

Can I have my order shipped to an address different from the one I registered at EVIL ENERGY?

Yes. During the checkout process, you should have the option to enter a different shipping address. If you encounter any difficulties, you can reach out to our customer service team for assistance in updating your shipping address.

My tracking info says my package was delivered, but I have not received it.

Before we move forward, please make sure you've checked your mailbox and have asked your neighbors if they received your package by mistake. For more details, you may contact the shipping company or turn to our customer service team.

Why didn't I get an email about my order being shipped?

Kindly have a check that your email address is spelled and formatted correctly. Then you may refer to your Spam/Junk folder to check if there is any email from A-Premium. Also, you may visit My Orders under My Account to get more updates on your order.

What is your return policy?

We provide our customers with a 180-day return policy. Full refunds are available within 90 days, and returns between 90-180 days are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Please visit our Return Policy for complete details.

Are all items eligible for return?

Only regular-priced items are eligible for returns and refunds. Sale items are non-refundable. Please check the product page for specific return eligibility information.

How long does it take to process my refund?

Refunds are typically processed within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. If you haven't received your refund after this period, please first check with your bank or credit card company as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted. What are acceptable reasons for returns?

We accept returns for the following reasons:

  • Quality Issues: Please provide photos or videos as evidence. We cover return shipping costs.
  • Wrong Item Ordered: Buyer covers return shipping. Must contact us within 30 days.
  • Change of Mind: Buyer covers return shipping. Must contact us within 30 days.
  • Shipping Damage: Inspect packages upon delivery. Do not sign for damaged items.
  • Incorrect Item Shipped: Contact us within 7 days of receipt.
What is your order cancellation policy?

Orders can be canceled within 48 hours of placement. Once canceled, refunds are processed within 3-5 business days. Please note that orders that have already been processed for shipping may not be eligible for cancellation.
