Start by choosing where the pump will be installed. Then select the pump according to required flow at operating pressure, choose the filter according to its position in the fuel system, and add a bracket only when it matches the outside diameter of the selected external component.

Which Fuel Pump Option Is Right for You?

• 300LPH External Fuel Pump: For externally mounted 12V EFI systems, custom fuel cells, engine swaps, and performance fuel-system builds. Published flow: 300 LPH at 43 PSI and 13.5V; 255 LPH at 43 PSI and 12V; 200 LPH at 75 PSI and 12V. Includes external pump, variant-specific inlet and outlet fittings, electrical terminals, protective boots, nuts, washers, and installation hardware.
• 255LPH In-Tank Fuel Pump: For higher-flow in-tank EFI upgrades. Published flow: 255 LPH at 43 PSI and 12V; 190 LPH at 80 PSI and 12V. Includes in-tank pump, inlet strainer, wiring pigtail, short hose, hose clamps, isolation components, and installation hardware.
• 110LPH In-Tank Fuel Pump: For OE-style replacement applications matching the reference number, dimensions, connector, and fuel-pump hanger. Published flow: 110 LPH at 43 PSI and 12V; 200 LPH at 0 PSI and 12V. Includes in-tank pump, inlet strainer, wiring pigtail, short hose, hose clamps, isolation components, and installation hardware.
• Without Fuel Pump: For users who already have a compatible pump and only need filtration or mounting components.

Fuel Pump Selection Note: A 110LPH, 255LPH, or 300LPH model name does not represent fuel delivery at every pressure. Choose the pump using its published flow at your intended operating pressure and available voltage.

Which Fuel Filter Option Is Right for You?

Each selected EVIL ENERGY inline fuel filter includes an aluminum housing, removable stainless steel element, o-ring seals, end caps, and the adapters shown for that variant. The stainless steel element is fully removable for inspection and cleaning, extending the life of your fuel system.

• 100 Micron: Coarse, lower-restriction filtration commonly considered before an external fuel pump.
• 10 Micron: Fine filtration commonly considered after the pump in compatible EFI fuel systems.
• 30 or 40 Micron: Intermediate filtration options for compatible custom systems.
• 10 + 100 Micron: A convenient dual-filter option for separate coarse and fine filtration stages.
• Without Fuel Filter: For users who already have suitable fuel-system filtration.

Filter Selection Note: A smaller micron number is not automatically better. Installing a restrictive fine filter before an external fuel pump may reduce inlet fuel supply. Confirm filter position, expected flow, pressure drop, and pump requirements.

Follow the arrow on the filter housing. Position the closed end of the filter element against the internal spring, with fuel flowing from the spring side toward the opposite end.

Optional Mounting Bracket

• Available Sizes: 50mm or 60mm, depending on the selected configuration.
• Material: Aluminum alloy clamp with rubber vibration-isolating insert.
• Application: Secures a compatible external fuel pump or inline fuel filter. Not used to mount an in-tank fuel pump.
• Fitment Check: Measure the outside diameter of the selected pump or filter before choosing a bracket.
